The rosters have been finalized. The preseason games have been played. Now it’s officially time for the start of a new NBA season.
On Tuesday, the Lakers, Nuggets, Suns and Warriors will kick off the 2023-24 campaign with a nationally televised doubleheader. Each team is looking to make noise in what should be a competitive Western Conference playoff race.
Wednesday’s slate will bring even more action, as 24 teams will take the floor for their season openers. The Celtics and Knicks will face off in the early ESPN game, and the Mavericks and Spurs will meet later that evening.

Each team will play an 82-game schedule. The regular season will run from Oct. 24, 2023, through April 14, 2024. The NBA Playoffs will begin on April 20, 2024, and the latest possible NBA Finals game will be held on June 23, 2024.
