NORMAL, Ill. – Single game tickets for Illinois State men’s and women’s basketball season are on sale now at GoRedbirds.com/Tickets or by calling the ticket office at 309-438-8000. Included in the single-game tickets are the men’s/women’s exhibition doubleheader with Illinois Wesleyan, and men’s basketball game inside Horton Field House.

The doubleheader against Illinois Wesleyan on October 29, presented by First Site, opens with the women’s game at 1 p.m. inside CEFCU Arena. ISU and IWU students with a student ID will be admitted for free. Parking information for the event will be available on a later date, and in line with previous seasons’ exhibition games, Illinois State’s Legends Room will not be open.

The pair of games are a community event, with proceeds split between Western Avenue Community Center, and a mental health collaboration between the schools. Western Avenue Community Center, opened in 1926, is a social service organization and community center, working with people of all ages and reaching out into the neighborhood. Today, WACC serves more than 2,000 families per year in the community.

The men’s game inside Horton Field House – the second consecutive season that the men have hosted a game inside the historic venue – is on Saturday, December 9 against Norfolk State with a 6 p.m. tip-off. Students will have the ability to purchase allotted student section tickets at a later date with pre-sale on those tickets available to Red Alert members. Communication on the student tickets will come from the ticket office and the Redbird men’s basketball social media channels.

Pricing for individual tickets can be found at www.GoRedbirds.com/Tickets.
