The Boston Celtics, Denver Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers and Los Angeles Lakers are currently the favorites to win the NBA Championship in the odds.
The Nuggets and Lakers lead the odds to win the Western Conference, while the Celtics and 76ers have the best chance to win the Eastern Conference, according to the odds.
