Surprisingly, the matches within the Knockout Rounds will carry the weight of regular-season games, injecting an intriguing blend of competition into the standard calendar. Notably, the Championship game won’t exert any influence on the regular-season standings, a dynamic deviation from the norm.

While the exact date remains veiled, the anticipation is palpable. Reflecting on precedent, the NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2022-23 season on August 17, 2022, following a comparable schedule reveal time frame the previous year, around August 20, 2021.
In the anomalous 2020-21 season, the schedule was unveiled much later, on December 4, 2020, in response to the delayed start due to the global upheaval of the COVID-19 pandemic.
