The 31-year-old Real Madrid star Edy Tavares would be an intriguing add by the Blazers, especially with the youth movement they are looking to be heading towards. Still, international buyout rules might get in the way of any contract being signed, so all of the rumors of Tavares coming to the NBA will have to be taken with a grain of salt for now.

Meanwhile, other speculation continues to be had in regards to the Blazers and a potential Damian Lillard trade sometime this offseason. All indications point to the Miami Heat as the most likely trade partner, although the most recent rumors have suggested that the Blazers are willing to let the NBA offseason ride out as long as possible before making a trade.
Nevertheless, the future of the Blazers organization is fairly uncertain right now. Stay tuned to see if the rumors of Edy Tavares signing from overseas to play with the Blazers come to fruition.
