How to watch Texas men's basketball games in 2023-24 – Hook'em Headlines

In a little over one month, Texas men’s basketball and new full-time head coach Rodney Terry open up the 2023-24 regular season at home at the Moody Center in Austin against the Incarnate Word Cardinals on Nov. 6. Terry and Texas open the regular season with three straight home games before hitting the road to travel to New York City for a couple of big matchups against the Louisville Cardinals and either the UConn Huskies or Indiana Hoosiers.
Before the Longhorns get the regular season underway, though, they’ll have two scrimmages in mid-to-late October. Texas will participate in the Orange-White Scrimmage at the Gregory Gymnasium on Oct. 17. Then, the Longhorns host St. Edward’s for an exhibition game on Oct. 30 at the Moody Center in Austin.
There will be plenty of ways to watch the Longhorns men’s basketball team during the regular season and the postseason, regardless if you have cable television or are streaming only.
As usual, the bulk of the Longhorns’ games for the regular season will be broadcast on Longhorn Network and the ESPN family of networks. This will be the final season for Texas men’s hoops being broadcast live on LHN before the Longhorns leave the Big 12 for the SEC in 2024.
Two other games will be broadcast live on FS1 or CBS this season.
Nine non-conference games this season don’t have TV/streaming broadcast information listed yet.
If you have any standard cable and/or streaming subscription package, you can watch the 15 Longhorns games broadcast live on national television channels (ESPN/ESPN2 and CBS). And if your cable/streaming package offers ESPNU and/or FS1, that offers three additional Longhorns’ televised games during the regular season.
An ESPN+ streaming subscription gets two (Cincinnati on Jan. 9 and West Virginia on Jan. 13) more Longhorns games this season.
The Longhorns have 15 games broadcast on national television stations during the 2023-24 season, among the games with TV/streaming information announced as of Sep. 29.
Among the games with TV/streaming information announced as of the writing of this article on Sep. 29, three games for the Longhorns in 2023-24 will be broadcast on Longhorn Network. More non-conference games will likely be broadcast on LHN this season that haven’t been officially announced yet.

Any Texas game in 2023-24 broadcast live on ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU, FS1, and CBS will be available on any Fubo TV package from Pro and up.
