STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.— A Staten Island judge set bail Wednesday for a 19-year-old man accused of firing 11 shots toward a New Brighton playground, leaving a 38-year-old man with life-threatening injuries.
Francis Lloyd, of Stapleton, was arrested this week on charges including second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault and criminal possession of a firearm in connection with the Aug. 12 incident, according to documents filed in state Supreme Court, St. George.
