Hoping to bounce back after Tuesday’s tough loss at Creighton, Iowa basketball returns to action Friday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena against Arkansas State. BTN Plus will carry the 7 p.m. contest.
The Hawkeyes (2-1) hung tough for a while before suffering a 92-84 loss against the No. 8 Bluejays in Omaha. Iowa should be able to rebound Friday, though, against an Arkansas State squad that beat Alcorn State on Tuesday after opening with losses at Wisconsin and Bowling Green.
