With less than a month to go until the conference and NCAA tournaments, several Big 12 programs continue to show the league is the deepest and hardest to etch out a win in college basketball.
No. 3 Houston (22-3, 9-3 Big 12) and No. 10 Iowa State (20-5, 9-3) remain tied at the top of the league standings after both teams picked up two wins each over the previous week. Both squads are set to meet inside Fertitta Center in Houston on Monday, setting up an early-week top-10 matchup with Big 12 regular season championship implications on the line.
One week after falling to Kansas State on the road, No. 7 Kansas (20-6, 8-5) dropped another road game — this time to Texas Tech — putting itself further back in the Big 12 standings. The Jayhawks bounced back over the weekend, taking down No. 21 Oklahoma (18-8, 6-7) on the road. The Sooners dropped their other game on the week, falling 67-57 to Baylor in Norman.

Elsewhere, No. 17 BYU (18-7, 6-6) picked up a win over UCF early in the week before dropping a road game to Oklahoma State. After an early win in the week vs. the Sooners, No. 13 Baylor picked up a win at West Virginia to extend its win streak to six games.
How will those games affect the latest college basketball standings? Here are the latest updates to the Coaches Poll and AP Top 25 poll:
