I’m not thrilled to back either of these teams that have had issues covering numbers dating back to last season. However, Penn State hasn’t looked good when playing decent competition and the defensive effort from past years hasn’t been there. The Maryland Terrapins are playing their best stretch of ball this season, and they should be excited about this conference game at home. Penn State has had respectable teams already and hasn’t passed the test. Give me the Terps with a comfortable home win.
