NBA schedule release: Minnesota Timberwolves' must-see games in 2023-24 – Bally Sports

On Thursday, the NBA announced its 2023-24 regular-season schedule, which includes the league’s new In-Season Tournament. Below are the Timberwolves’ most interesting matchups, including all four games of tourney group play in the new NBA Cup.
Sandeep Chandok: The Heat, Nuggets, Celtics and Pelicans visit Target Center within the first two weeks of the season, after which the Timberwolves hit the road to take on the Spurs, Warriors (twice), Suns and Pelicans. It doesn’t get any easier after that with games against the Knicks, Sixers, Kings, Grizzlies (away) and Thunder. It’s a difficult stretch early on for Minnesota, one Anthony Edwards and Co. will have to find a way to manage to avoid a shaky start to its 2023-24 season.
Joe Lago: Chris Finch will know more about this Timberwolves team during its long road trips in February and March. There’s a Feb. 6-15 five-gamer to Chicago, Milwaukee, Los Angeles (Clippers) and Portland (two games), and there’s a March 7-18 six-gamer to Indiana, Cleveland, L.A. (Lakers and Clippers) and Utah (two games). Also, four of Minnesota’s last six games will be against the Suns, Lakers and defending champion Nuggets — all but one away from Target Center.
