After an exciting NBA Draft and electric NBA Summer League, it’s time to look ahead to Fantasy Basketball. Even though most drafts won’t happen until September or October, the mock drafts have started, and it’s important to get a gauge on the 2023-24 landscape – who’s rising, who’s falling?
