Middle Tennessee will play a home-and-home series with each of the other eight teams in Conference USA during the 2023-24 regular season, the league office announced.
The reigning CUSA champions will open and close the season with LA Tech. The Lady Raiders will travel to Ruston, Louisiana, to open conference play on Jan. 10, followed by a trip to Huntsville, Texas, to take on the Sam Houston Bearkats on Jan. 13 for the first time in program history.
Middle Tennessee will return to Murfreesboro for its CUSA home opener on Jan. 18 against UTEP and a matchup with New Mexico State on Jan. 20, before traveling to Jacksonville, Alabama, on Jan. 24 for the first-ever meeting between the Lady Raiders and Jacksonville State Gamecocks.
MTSU will face FIU on the road on Jan. 27, before returning home for a three-game stretch against WKU, Liberty – the first meeting between the two squads – and FIU.
Four of the Lady Raiders’ final seven games will be on the road, before Middle Tennessee concludes the regular season against the Lady Techsters on March 9 in the Murphy Center.
The CUSA women’s basketball tournament is scheduled for March 12-16 in Huntsville, Alabama at Propst Arena.
