Sparks Waive Monika Czinano – Los Angeles Sparks – Los Angeles Sparks

LOS ANGELES (May 15, 2023) – The Los Angeles Sparks announced today that Monika Czinano has been waived.
Czinano was drafted with the 26th overall pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft, coming off an NCAA Final Four run with the Iowa Hawkeyes, where she averaged 16.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.
The Sparks tip-off the 2023 WNBA season on May 19 at Crypto.com Arena against the Phoenix Mercury at 8 pm PT on ESPN.
