District 10 releases high school basketball playoff brackets – GoErie.com

The District 10 basketball playoffs are set to begin this week with three champions scheduled to be crowned over the first three days.
The boys playoffs start Thursday with the Class 4A quarterfinals and the 5A and 6A championships. The two D-10 title games will take place at Mercyhurst University with Cathedral Prep taking on Meadville at 6 p.m. for the 5A title followed by Erie and McDowell at 7:30 p.m. in 6A.
The Class 4A quarterfinals are set with doubleheaders at the Hagerty Family Events Center and at Farrell High School.
On Friday, the Class 1A, 2A and 3A quarterfinals take place with doubleheaders at HFEC, Edinboro, Meadville, Oil City and a single game at Farrell.

The D-10 girls basketball playoffs start Saturday with 12 games at three sites. The 6A championship is set for noon at HFEC between Erie and McDowell. Meadville, Farrell and the HFEC will all host quadrupleheaders throughout the day.
